In Singapore, Executive Condominiums (ECs) are hybrid homes designed for middle-income earners who exceed the HDB income ceiling but find private condos too costly. Developed by private firms with government support, ECs offer modern facilities and private-style living at affordable prices. Buyers can use CPF housing grants, but must meet eligibility rules and fulfil a 5-year Minimum Occupancy Period (MOP) before selling.
